Anydesk not working

Hi! I want to use anydesk on porteus but I'm getting the error message "anydesk is not connected to the server" even though I'm connected to a wifi network and everything else works just fine. I don't know what could be the cause of this issue. Any clue to how I can fix this?

hi have you started the /etc/rc.d/rc.anydesk daemon? start stop restart like all the others daemons you have to do this like root

Hi.
If you use Porteus 5.1 you can try these remote apps:

Code: Select all

# open terminal and run:
su
toor
update anydesk
update rustdesk
update assistant

thanks to everybody that replied, somehow the issue went away on its own and anydesk works fine now
