I want to ask. Who came up with this numbering for Porteus-v5.1 and Porteus-v5.01?
I'm not a very experienced user, but it's annoying when you can't tell the difference between these two names. I don't think this deserves a separate thread, but I see that these are two identical numbers, although the systems are slightly different.

Porteus-v5.1 - This is an alpha version now. Okay
Porteus-v5.01 - This is a patched version for Porteus-v5? If so, why not add a dot to make it Porteus-v5.0.1 and then it becomes clearer?

What will happen if Porteus-v5.1 goes from alpha to release? If it needs a patch, then the patched version will be called Porteus-v5.11? Then it's absurd

Please be lenient to regular users, because there is an example of Porteus-v3.2.2

If you enter 1 + 1 or 01 + 01 into the calculator, the result will be the same.
If this is normal, then I suggest not limiting yourself to one zero, but writing Porteus-v5.0000000000000000 0000000000000001 with each subsequent version adding a zero
