Hey Guys . . .

System Settings Centre stopped working, AGAIN, no I dont remember what I changed .. probably another module.
Re-loaded several times, but simply don't have time to TS this.
CLOCK is on the blink again now as I cant get into above to change it, yes i used bios ro set, but Porteus puts it back wrong again.

is your hardware clock in local time or utc? ie. when you set it in bios, is it your local time?
if it is, it should "just work" ..
are you setting a timezone (in porteus)?
i don't have any hardware (other than in virtualbox) set to local time so it's possible my understanding is limited..
i've seen users here with localtime that also use a timezone setting to adjust for seasonal offsets..
